Help - Dispute - WhyMind.com Online Court
WhyMind.com thinks that most of the current commercial platforms take sides on the buyers when the dispute occurs; it is not fair for the sellers. So WhyMind.com decides to act as the court of arbitration to adjudge the dispute. If both the seller and buyer cannot negotiate with each other when the dispute occurs, the sellers can submit an application to the court of arbitration, in 5 business days WhyMind.com will hold a court on-line, based on the investigation. WhyMind.com will choose some random sellers and some random buyers to be the jury. All the attendants can express their thoughts and discuss the dispute, and they will vote for the final adjudication. On the orther hand, this final dispute will be recorded as the case for the similar dispute in the future.
